Product Description


CORN SEED DRYER MACHINE WORKING PRINCIPLE

Put the corn seed into the dryer in batch then circulate orderly by the interaction of electric parts and strural parts. the hot air from the husk burner gets into the mixed-flow drying layer to across and heat the grain under the action of two electric fans. the air flows and takes off the moisture of the grain, then the exhaust gas is excluded out of the machine by the exhaust fan when the moisture reaching to the set value, the machine stops working.

1. One multi-purpose machine can dry rice , wheat , corn , peanut , soybean , sorghum and other food crops and their seeds.
2. Forced dispersing device and quantitative feeding cycle of positive and negative grain wheel, thin layer and large air volume, even grain drying, high drying efficiency.
3. Low temperature drying , good quality rice, high germination rate of seeds.

4. Large screw feeder, high strength nylon dustpan, stainless steel mesh plate, wear-resistant, anti-deformation, durable, do not hurt the grain.

5. Residual material cleaning device can easily remove grain residual material and prevent mixing.
