Working Principle:
The small corn dryer machine includes dryer machine elevator, belt conveyor, electric control cabinet, stove.
After cleaned, the grain is sent to the storage section at the top of dryer by elevator. The material level meter controls the feeding to ensure that the equipment is always in full load to improve efficiency.The grain runs in reverse direction with hot air in dryer to realize the whole process of preheating, drying, reversing, drying and cooling, and finally discharged by the belt conveyor at the discharge section.The blower sends used hot air to the collector for purification,so the hot air can be recycled to save fuel consumption.
In the drying process, the drying speed should be controlled. If dried or the cooled too fast, the rice will be easily burst.To ensure the drying quality of rice, the drying speed should not be controlled below 1.5% per hour. In addition,lower hot air temperature is necessary.If the hot air temperature is 38~40 oC, the bursting rate is less than 2%.The bursting is not only related to the hot air temperature, but also to the initial moisture content of rice.
