Product Usage:
Grain is easy to mold in rain season or summer.This kind of rice dryer machine is to dry wheat, corn, rice and other grain materials by method of circulation,to ensure that the moisture content of grain can meet the safe storage or processing requirement.With lower temperature,the burst rate is very low.It is specially designed for long rice paddy.
Our rice dryer machines are of 10T, 15T, 20T, 25T, 30T,55T,75T,120T, etc.
Product Features
1. Fully automatic (automatic monitor over hot air, grain and moisture, automatic failure alarm); Automatic circulation, discharge and shutdown system;
2. The furnace can use coal, wood,biomass particles, crop straw, husk, petrol oil or gas, etc.
3. Lower cost. To reduce 5% moisture of 12 tons rice,it costs 11 usd if use coal as fuel, 6 usd if use husk(If your husk is free,the cost is only 2 usd ).
4. With good effect of grain.Vertical type dryer is a new design by adopting low temperature heating,which can keep original color and taste, shining surface,no sticky,low broken rate.
5.The feeding, circulation and discharge systems are combined with elevator.It has the characteristics of light weight and small area.
6. Use large spiral feeder, high strength nylon bucket, stainless steel board, wear-resisting, anti-deformation, durable and no hurt to grain.
7. With cleaning device, easy to remove grain remaining in case of mixture.
