Description of our dryer:

This machine is mainly used for drying grain. Drying grain belongs to continuous work. It has higher requirements on the stability and continuous operation of the dryer during use. The material requirements for the material selection and wear parts of the dryer are very high. The batch type circulating dryer produced by our factory belongs to the low-temperature energy-saving drying equipment. How Did Dryer Machine Works?

1) Our dryer need one fuel burner to supply hot air goes into the dryer to remove the moisture on the grains's surface

2) After short time drying,grains would be circulating through the elevator,we call it "tempering zoon"to let the moisture inside the kernal to escape

3) When the moisture inside the kernal already escaped to the surface,it would drying again,then continue the process,temerping again

4) The drying time compare to tempering time would be around 1:5,so there's no additional damage or crack for the raw grains

5) Have online moisture meter to test and record the present moisture,would automatically shut down when reach the target

6) Lots of heating resources could be choosen,such as diesel,gas,coal,biomass material,each options are determind by clients request
