How Did Dryer Works

• Our dryer need one fuel burner to supply hot air goes into the dryer to remove the moisture on the grains's surface
• After short time drying,grains would be circulating through the elevator,we call it "tempering zoon"to let the moisture inside the kernal to escape
• When the moisture inside the kernal already escaped to the surface,it would drying again,then continue the process,temerping again
• The drying time compare to tempering time would be around 1:5,so there's no additional damage or crack for the raw grains
• Have online moisture meter to test and record the present moisture,would automatically shut down when reach the target
• Lots of heating resources could be choosen, such as diesel,gas,coal,biomass material,each options are determind by clients request
